Industrial Experience:
a)
Served Ion Exchange India Limited for Two years from May 1987 to April 1989 as
Trainee Chemical Engineer.
b)
Served Unicorn Organics Limited for two years from May 1989 to June 1991 as
Process Engineer.
c)
Served Bharat Starch & Chemicals Limited (Thapar Group of companies) from June
1991 to July 1993 as Senior Process Engineer and Assistant Manager (Process
Engineering) in Yamuna Nagar, Haryana, India.
d)
Served as Manager and General Manager for Starchem Industries Limited (Gayatri
Group of Companies) from July 1993 to August 1996.
e)
Started Prathista Industries as Promoter Director during September 1996 and
established Manufacturing facility to produce Organic Plant Nutrients and
successfully managing day to day operations of Prathista Industries Limited as
President for the Company.
KVSS.SAIRAM (RAM : 43) is Graduate in Chemical Technology with PG Diploma in Project Management and Masters Degree in Business Administration from Indira Gandhi Open University, New Delhi. He is also having Associate Membership in Indian Institute of Environment, Mumbai, Management Studies Promotion Institute, New Delhi and Association of Carbohydrate Chemists & Technologies – India.
RAM has 8 years of commendable Industrial experience in Projects and Process Engineering Departments and worked at various capacities in different organizations and gained Rich experience in process optimization and project departments.
After serving few Industries, RAM started closely held Public Limited Company to establish Fermentation (Bio Technology) based process Industry in 1996. Since then he is a successful entrepreneur as CEO & PRESIDENT of PRATHISTA INDUSTRIES LIMITED (www.prathista.com) and effectively Managing day to day operations of the Company. He is responsible for progress of the Company Nationally & Internationally for Vertical Growth. RAM mission is to make Prathista as Indian based Multinational Company by expanding Company activities World wide.
He is instrumental in conceptualizing Indigenously developed technologies and established state of the art fermentation facilities to manufacture various Biotechnology products, which find applications in Several sectors.
He also established In-House R&D center since inception of the company with a capital investment of 1.80 Million USD which was inaugurated by the Secretary to Govt. of India, Ministry of Science & Technology.
He has conceptualized several Net Working activities for Prathista R&D center with Academia, National Laboratories (Nationally & Internationally) to conduct Post Graduation and Ph.D programs through Partly Research & Partly Paper (PRPP) scheme for working Professionals.
Prathista’s In-House R&D center is enjoying recognitions from various Indian Govt.Organizations like Department of Bio-Technology, National labs and Department of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR) and also with multi-locational academic institutions under PUBLIC -PRIVATE partnership.
Prathista is producing multi-segment Innovative formulations with Eco-Friendly Technology and serving Pharma & Food, Veterinary & Poultry and Agriculture sectors in humble way. Few of Prathista products are Import substitutes and saving Foreign currency out flow.
Prathista has been Honored with First International Honor Quality Crown Award - 2005 (17th International Quality Crown Award) by Business Initiative Directions, London for the Products Quality Standards.
