Dr.Elisha is a Post Graduate and Research fellow in the field of Biotechnology having more than a decade experience in R&D, Production of Industrial Microbial fermentation pharmaceutical, veterinary, poultry and agriculture products, commercialization of Eco-friendly products, Product development and Extension programs in Asia, Africa and Middle-Eastern Countries.
Genetic Transformation studies in Withania somnifera using Agrobacterium rhizogenes strains at JNT University, Centre for Biotechnology, Hyderabad-India during Post Graduation.
Soil Carbon Sequestration studies for greenhouse gas reduction through Organic agriculture practices by using Microorganisms, Organic In-puts and Bio-molecules.
Having more than 8 years hand on experience in various Organic Farming practices by using Organic In-puts like Bio-Fertilizers, Manures , Composts and Bio-Control Agents.
Extensive Research has been conducted to increase Soil Carbon by using Bio Technologically processed Eco-friendly Organic Fertilizers based on Vegetable / Cereal Proteins, Naturally available Carbohydrates, Organic Acids derived from natural fermentation, enriched with Macro and Micronutrients essential for Crop production.
Commercializing secondary metabolites of Botanical Bio Pesticides based on Plant extracts / Alkaloids & Medicinal Plants and Bio-control agents for Crop Protection for sustainable Agriculture practices.
Technical training programs were conducted periodically to Farmers, all Stakeholders, Agriculture consultants, Advisors, Government and Non Government Organization (NGO’s) on sustainable Agriculture with new generation Eco-Friendly and Organic Fertilizers.
Moving forward with good pace and success with networking.
